Womens Fellowship - 13th July 2011

Yesterday you took our Womens Fellowship from Central Methodist Church in Dudley to Llandudno. Our driver was Andy. I am just writing to say thank you very much for all your help before hand and to say how wonderful Andy was on the day. He was very smartly dressed, he was early at each pick up time, he was ameniable about toilet breaks there and back. He helped loading an electric scooter and walker into the boot. He was extremely pleasant with all the ladies , gave them a hand on and off the coach. He made the day so easy for us. We did all thank him but we thought you might like to know what a credit he was to your company. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful day out. We are most grateful.

Dear Sandra, Alan, Ian and all at Prospect,

Could i pass on a HUGE "thank you" to everyone at Prospect from our Geography Department for an absolutely fantastic Ashes Hollow trip on Thursday 7th July.

The trip leader arrived back full of praise for your drivers Alan and Ian. I understand that getting on and off the coaches was a little tricky and that they went over and beyond their duties in seeing that each student and member of staff got on and off the bus safely, for which we are very grateful. Their friendly, pleasant and helpful manner made this a very happy and enjoyable trip for everyone.

Having confidence in the bus company I use makes my job so much easier and alleviates a lot of stress and for that i can only thank you. I do appreciate all the care you take in providing me with all the paperwork i need and if i do make a mistake you are on hand to sort it out quickly for me.

I shall be organising the Ashes Hollow and ludlow trips, amongst others, for next year shcol year 2011-2012 in the next few weeks and you will certainly be getting a call from me.

Belle Vue Primary School

On Friday 7th January 2011, 350 children plus staff and many parents and guests went to see Aladdin at The Grand Theatre Wolverhampton; Prospect Coaches provided the 7 coaches needed to take us.

All coaches arrived on time at the school and when we came out of the theatre they were waiting for us and each driver helped everyone to their coach to make sure we were all safely boarded.

The headteacher, Mr Porter was on coach number 2 and commented that their driver was very helpful and very polite as were all the drivers.

I would also like to thank the office staff for their efficient organisation of our coaches. The whole visit was a huge undertaking on our part and knowing that the coahes would be well organised was a great help to me.

I was a member of the MCAA Management team for the visit to Brussels/Antwerp last weekend for which your Company provided the coach transport.

Firstly may i thank you for the excellent coach provided and secondly can i congratulate the first rate service provided by your driver - Jim.

I also have a personal thanks to convey. On our return to Alexander Stadium i had a mobile call from my wife, who was due to pick me up, to say that she was hopelessly "lost". I finally ascertained that she was at a garage in Wednesbury. Jim and myself found where she was on the A-Z. Jim immediately put my luggage on board and drove me to Wednesbury where we found my "damsel in distress".

I have already thanked Jim for so kindly helping the situation to be resolved. I understand the "Boss" is Geoff - can you please again thank Jim for being so thoughtful and helping me out.

Survive Alive 2009 - thank you to all at Prospect

I'm writing to thank all at Prospect for servicing our annual Survive Alive event in Himley Park - 21 return coach journeys to Dudley schools over a two week period, Our event kept exactly to time every day and much of this was down to our joint advance planning, and good time keeping by Prospect during the event.

We asked teachers to fill out an evaluation form about Survive Alive and one of the questions asked was about the outwards coach journey, You will be pleased to hear that all comments were positive - on time, clean coach, helpful driver etc.

We will be running the event next year, 21 June to 2 July 2009, and I will be approaching Prospect again in December for you to quote for the work.

I guess the summer is one of your busy periods, and I hope all your drivers enjoy the other journeys you have planned for them!

This is just a note to say 'Thank you' to Tony & Barry, the two drivers who took us to Telford Wonderland last Wednesday (29.7.09). The weather could not have been  worse for us but their professionalism & support allowed all to have a wonderful time regardless! Nothing was too much to ask.
