Survive Alive 2009 - thank you to all at Prospect

I'm writing to thank all at Prospect for servicing our annual Survive Alive event in Himley Park - 21 return coach journeys to Dudley schools over a two week period, Our event kept exactly to time every day and much of this was down to our joint advance planning, and good time keeping by Prospect during the event.

We asked teachers to fill out an evaluation form about Survive Alive and one of the questions asked was about the outwards coach journey, You will be pleased to hear that all comments were positive - on time, clean coach, helpful driver etc.

We will be running the event next year, 21 June to 2 July 2009, and I will be approaching Prospect again in December for you to quote for the work.

I guess the summer is one of your busy periods, and I hope all your drivers enjoy the other journeys you have planned for them!

Please find enclosed a cheque for 2nd Amblecote Brownies trip to Drayton Manor Park on 17th October with apologies for the delay!

In addition could you please thank our driver, Darren or putting up with a group of very excitable Brownies.

We had a great day and this was enhanced by Darrrens professionalism, approachability and friendliness throughout the trip.

Dear Prospect Coaches,

I am writing to say thank you for the service provided by your two drivers yesterday. Our trip to Cadbury World ran like clockwork and having friendly and helpful drivers helps to take some of the pressure off. Transporting 121 year 8 pupils!!

All at Prospect Coaches,

This is just a note to say 'Thank you' to Tony & Barry, the two drivers who took us to Telford Wonderland last Wednesday (29.7.09). The weather could not have been  worse for us but their professionalism & support allowed all to have a wonderful time regardless! Nothing was too much to ask.
